Free Delivery on All Orders
Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders — no minimum order amount required. Simply order your favourite styles and we'll take care of the rest!
Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time includes both processing time and transit time. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 3–7 working days.
Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 8:00 PM Amsterdam time (GMT+2) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will begin processing the next day.
We process and dispatch orders 7 days a week, including weekends — no waiting until Monday.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@meaveivy.com with your order number and a description or photo of the problem. We will resolve this quickly by sending a replacement or providing a full refund.
