Refund policy
We want shopping with Meave & Ivy to feel simple, smooth and well supported. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions, including the appropriate return address and any further steps required. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To help us manage returns efficiently and carefully, eligible returns may be processed through our designated returns facility in the Netherlands.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care goods, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately.
14-Day Cancellation Right
If you placed your order online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer law. This sits alongside our 30-day return policy above.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
